After solveing the problem “Your site has no hreflang tags” now it is new challenge for me to solve “Missing region-independant link for that language (en)”.

By the same situation I have faced in the domain www.makememax.com it need to solve Missing region-independant link for that language (en). I have got it from the same site “https://technicalseo.com/tools/hreflang/”below the row line telling me this.
